We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Employee Benefits Consultant to join one our growing clients.

As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of large corporate and SME clients, delivering comprehensive health, risk, and wellbeing solutions that align with their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Client Management & Business Growth

- Develop and maintain expertise across health and wellbeing products and services.- Lead client relationships, ensuring tailored advice and solutions align with their business goals.- Proactively identify opportunities to expand service offerings and drive new business development.

Regulatory & Compliance Responsibilities

- Embed best practices in treating customers fairly and ensuring their best interests are always at the forefront.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes.- Ensure all transactions adhere to FCA compliance requirements and company policies.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

- Act as a strategic partner to corporate clients, helping them design, implement, and optimize their employee benefits strategies.- Develop and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Continuous Development & Team Collaboration

- Take responsibility for personal professional development and support the development of junior consultants.- Share insights and expertise within the team to foster a high-performance culture.

Key skills & competencies

- Ability to develop and execute client-centric strategies that drive long-term engagement.- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

- Holder of Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) module IF7 (Healthcare) or studying to achieve this qualification.- Group Risk module GR1 or studying to achieve this qualification.
