Global leader in the property and facilities management market with over 20,000 employees and a diversified, growing client base. Recognised as an expert within their field and known for their ESG and sustainability commitments. Joining a large, divisional HR team, you will report to the divisional HRD and work closely with the Head of ER and wider HR team as you lead and develop the national, locally based hr generalist team. You and your team of twelve hr generalists (including advisors) will service a national customer base of c3,000, comprising both corporate and site-based employees. You will have functional responsibility as well as drive improvement and enhance capability levels. You partner with CoE on cyclical activities and will facilitate change initiatives including business transformation, growth initiatives, redundancy programmes and goals determined from employee survey results.The ideal Head of HR Advisory will have delivered in a commercial, matrix business setting and be used to working at pace given the national site-based population. Furthermore, due to team leadership and functional responsibility, it is important that you are a natural leader equipped with people development skills, and more so, you are able to partner effectively with senior corporate leaders, as well as HR peers. You will be motivated to deliver, drive improvements and be spirited in approach.You will have the chance to work under an excellent, forward-thinking HR Director and work from home two days per week.
