The Role

As a Junior Researcher, you will be at the heart of our talent identification process, working on exciting global projects to source and engage top-tier professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:

?? Talent Sourcing: Using LinkedIn and other tools to find and engage with the best technology specialists in finance.?? Market Research: Gaining deep insights into hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments.?? Project Building: Developing strategic research projects to ensure we identify the highest-caliber candidates.?? Candidate Engagement: Reaching out to potential candidates, qualifying their suitability, and building relationships.?? Collaboration: Working closely with Consultants to match top talent with exclusive roles.

? Strong Communication Skills - Confident, professional, and able to engage with senior-level candidates.? Curious & Analytical Mindset - You enjoy research, problem-solving, and spotting trends.?
