Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a HR/ER Advisor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in North London.

What the job will be doing

  • Employee experience case management
  • Covering all area of discipline - handlings grievance’s, disciplinaries, performance management, probations and ill health capability, through to appeal level.

What you will need

  • Be able to hit the ground running and deal with fast paced environment
  • Deal with a number of er caseworks simultaneously
