What the job will be doing

Employee experience case management
Covering all area of discipline - handlings grievance’s, disciplinaries, performance management, probations and ill health capability, through to appeal level.

What you will need

Be able to hit the ground running and deal with fast paced environment
Deal with a number of er caseworks simultaneously
