HR & Change Business Partner | FTC until March 2026 | £57k-£62k | Hybrid working 1-2 days per week onsite

Altum Consulting are currently partnered with a large, well-known UK charity to recruit an HR & Change Business Partner on an interim basis.

Reporting to a Head of Business Partnering, this role will be responsible for delivering a significant transformation programme within the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • End-to-end delivery of a large-scale change/transformation programme
  • Establish strong relationships with the Business Partnering team, ensuring they are kept informed of progress and are advising on organisational processes and policies
  • Coach and empower leaders to be effective Change Leads
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure milestones are communicated, understood, and delivered in line with expected time-frames

Experience required:

  • Significant experience delivering large-scale people change projects
  • A deep understanding of organisational design & development, and change management principles
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, being able to meet demanding deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with excellent senior stakeholder management
