About the Client:

VWA is currently supporting a successful, global leader in the financial services. With stunning offices based in the heart of Mayfair, the Human Resources team is looking to appoint an HR Analyst. This is a great opportunity for a switched on and engaging individual who has gained some previous experience in HR administration or coordination, and looking to build on this in a high-achieving environment.

About the HR Analyst role:

Working in an HR team of around 10 employees, this HR Analyst will focus on operations across UK and EMEA offices. Responsibilities will include:

  • Full cycle employee onboarding including welcoming new starters on their first day, coordinating orientations and preparing onboarding materials.
  • Processing new start paperwork and completing new employee administration.
  • Being a point of contact to handle enquiries.
  • Full cycle offboarding.
  • Immigration support.
  • Supporting with compliance and regulatory processes.
  • Managing holiday and absences.
  • Project-support.
  • Support as required to the HR team.
  • Other duties as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Prior HR administration or coordination experience from financial services or blue chip organisations.
  • Prior experience working in an intense and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent organisation, accuracy and proactivity.
  • Excellent people-facing skills; confident written and verbal communication.
  • Motivated to work independently as well as part of a team.

Other Details:

  • Salary will be dependent on prior experience, up to c.£40K + discretionary bonus.
  • Hybrid working TBC, 1 day WFH per week.
