Frazer Jones are working with a world-leading, global professional services company to find them a new colleague for their Reward team as a HR Analytics & Reward Analyst.

The firm offer hybrid working (3 days in the office, near Victoria) in a highly collegiate environment, excellent benefits and the opportunity to grow and develop. The role will see you performing really varied duties mixing together Compensation & Benefits with general HR Analytics in an evolving team.

You'll be responsible for monitoring and providing analysis on all areas of reward including benefits but with a focus on compensation issues, including market trends, compensation structures, compensation assessments in all business areas, benchmarking, and talent acquisition. Duties will include;

  • Support the annual benefit renewals and the day-to-day administration of the benefit schemes.
  • Assist with the annual salary and bonus review.
  • Support on data production and analysis of HR related and reward data.
  • Compile HR data from a variety of sources to produce statistics, reports and other data as requested.
  • Updating and analysing HR Data to produce reports, identifying trends and solutions.
  • Working with both the wider HR team and other key stakeholders across the firm to understand needs and to create appropriate reporting solutions.
  • Regularly review and maintain all people focused data for accuracy, completeness and to comply with GDPR requirements.
