Tasks and responsibilities

  • Support benefits delivery for employees in France, including enrolment, reconciliation of vendor invoices and lists, and handling cancellations.* Serve as the first point of escalation for individual issues and queries, working with vendors and other HR teams, such as HR Generalists, Payroll, and Service Delivery.* Governance: Update and maintain Benefits Standard Operating Procedures (enrolment, claims, controls, etc.), and assist in governance processes.* Communications: Draft and prepare employee communications regarding benefits delivery.* Support France Benefits projects by collaborating closely with the Senior Benefits Consultant to design service delivery aspects of new or updated benefit plans and propose process improvements.

Key Skills

  • Experience in a similar role, supporting benefits within the financial services sector.* Worked closely with vendors to manage reconciliation, invoices, cancellations, and other benefits-related tasks.* Supported benefits delivery to employees in France.* Curious, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.* Hands-on and solution-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.* Passionate about delivering top-tier benefits to employees, contributing to a positive work environment.* Proficient in Excel.* Strong communication skills, able to work effectively in teams.
