This is an exciting 6-month contract opportunity to play a key role in the implementation of a new Workday system, with a strong focus on HR Benefits, Pensions, and Payroll.Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with HR teams to analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement during the Workday implementation.
  • Gather and document business requirements related to HR Benefits, Pensions, and Payroll.
  • Support the configuration and customisation of Workday modules to align with the business needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions with HR stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that the system functionality aligns with the business requirements.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure it meets the specified requirements.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Analyst, specifically with HRIS systems such as Workday.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in Benefits, Pensions, and Payroll.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing or supporting HR system implementation projects.
  • Ability to work on-site in London 2 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
