HR Business Partner

Salary: £55k - £60k per annum (FTE)

Job Type: Temporary/Contract (6 months, with potential for extension)

Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours:  37.5 hours per week with potential for hybrid working

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the HR team with our fantastic client on a temporary basis, with the potential for extension.

This role would suit a true HR Generalist/ Business Manager who has a broad range of HR skills and experience, including international exposure and will report directly to the HR Director.

This role is crucial for supporting restructuring and requires a hands-on approach to day-to-day employee relations cases, contract onboarding support, and more.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Work closely with the HR Director, supporting across the full HR spectrum.
  • Handle day-to-day employee relations cases efficiently.
  • Support the onboarding process by creating and signing off on contract templates.
  • Provide HR support covering the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.
  • Assist with restructuring process involving personnel adjustments, repurposing and redundancies.
  • Support recruitment initiatives following the restructuring.
  • Partner with a distributor as part of a business closure, contributing to a busy period until at least January.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Generalist, preferably with international exposure.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
