I am delighted to share that I am partnering with a fantastic global Retail and Hospitality business, who are currently seeking a highly commercial and capable HR Business Partner to join their UK and Ireland team, reporting into the HRD. This generalist role requires a good understanding of the whole employee lifecycle, as well as significant hands-on experience.
This company have fantastic offices in West London and will require you on site three days each week, with two day working from home. There will also be some UK and Ireland travel involved in the role.
The role requires you to support the business with HR Advisory and Partnering support across the UK and Ireland, and you will be a senior point of escalation within the team. You will not have any direct reports but will be willing to take on mentorship of the juniors in the team. This role is highly hands on and requires excellent partnering skills. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a world class HR function and will work alongside the HR Manager and HR Director to ensure the managers across the business are empowered and supported. You will foster strong stakeholder relationships to help drive your agenda. You will impact the employee lifecycle and a commitment to excellence is essential.
Who you are
- Proven track record in HRBP roles within a UK based multi-site retail or hospitality business
- Highly data driven and adept at evidence-based decision making
- At least two years' operating at HRBP level
- CIPD qualified or educated to degree level in HR or related field
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Delivers an impeccable employee experience
- Up to date on employment law changes
