HR Business Partner | South East London (Zone 3) | £51,900 | Hybrid

Are you an experienced HR professional with strong employment law expertise and a track record of managing high volume, complex ER cases?

Our charity client in Southeast London is seeking an immediately available Interim HR Business Partner to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on high-volume, complex ER casework, including grievances, harassment cases, consultations, and policy work.
  • Provide expert guidance on employment law and HR best practices.
  • Support the Senior HRBP in driving HR initiatives and business partnering across the charity.

Requirements:

  • Immediate availability to start.
  • Extensive experience in employment law and handling complex ER issues.
  • Proven experience managing high volume casework in fast paced environments.
  • Prior experience working in the charity sector, NHS, or healthcare is highly desirable.
