The role:

  • As HR Business Partner you will play a key stand-alone HR role. Reporting to the Managing Director you will lead on projects across all aspects of HR including talent attraction, employee relations and learning and development.
  • The HR Business Partner will play a key role in a new HR system roll out supporting implementation across the business.
  • In the role the HR Business Partner will play a key role in supporting the company expansion through transforming the onboarding and training process.
  • Driving engagement and communications the HR Business Partner will develop short and medium strategies to engage and improve communications.
  • Thriving in a startup environment the HR Business Partner will lead on HR projects that facilitate rapid successful growth.

Ideal candidate:

  • This HR Business Partner role is ideal for an individual who has generalist HR experience gained from a fast-paced growing retail, leisure or hospitality organisations but must be able to thrive in a scale up environment with less defined processes and ways of working
  • The HR Business Partner will be comfortable in a stand-alone role in a fast-paced ambiguous environment. However you will have excellent attention to detail, you will have a data driven mindset and use insights to drive decision making
  • Ideally you will currently (or previously) be working in a high growth proposition and will be comfortable with rapid growth and change.
  • The HR Business Partner must have excellent project management experience and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be equally comfortable working on strategy as getting your sleeves rolled up and stuck in.
  • Having a can-do attitude the HR Business Partnerwillbe excited to be part of a rapid scale up and will be able to adapt as the business grows
