An HR Business Partner is needed for an immediate start on a six-month fixed-term contract within a well-known NHS Trust in London.
The role requires a minimum of a master's degree or equivalent experience, along with CIPD qualifications and extensive operational ER and strategic HR experience, ideally within an NHS environment.
Key responsibilities include workforce strategy, employee relations, management and leadership development, and organizational development.
The position offers a salary of £45,000 per year and includes benefits such as childcare vouchers, a cycle to work scheme, car leasing, and season ticket loans.
Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive collaborative relationships.

HR Business Partner -NHS required for immediate start for a six month FTC.

Profile

The successful HR Business Partner will possess the following:

Masters degree level or equivalent experience. CIPD qualified
Extensive track record of operational ER and strategic HR achievement.
Previous experience of working within an NHS environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to form productive collaborative working relationships
