The successful HR Business Partner will possess the following:

  • Masters degree level or equivalent experience. CIPD qualified
  • Extensive track record of operational ER and strategic HR achievement.
  • Previous experience of working within an NHS environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to form productive collaborative working relationships
