HR Business Partner | Permanent | £57K-£62K | Research Charity | Hybrid working (1-2 days onsite)
Altum are currently supporting one of the world's leading independent charities to recruit and experience and strategic HR Business Partner.
The organisation conduct extensive research, extend influence, and provide information in the health and medicine space, and are one of the largest charities in the UK.
This role with report to the Head of HR Business Partnering, be joining a team of 8, and provide essential strategic business partnering to the organisation's marketing, fundraising and events directorate.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver organisational design and development
- Be responsible for implementing structural, behavioural and cultural change initiatives
- Act as conduit between managers/stakeholders and the broader HR functions - Talent, Reward, L&D, Engagement
- Develop sustainable relationships with senior stakeholders, supporting and developing them as leaders and managers
You will need:
- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner within a medium to large organisation
- Demonstrable experience building and maintaining credible relationships with senior stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational design, employment law, and HR policy & process knowledge
- A successful history of collaborating with specialist HR functions to deliver a flawless HR service
