- Create, develop and drive employee benefit and engagement globally
- Work with senior managers to develop the recruitment and onboarding strategy
- Work with the Head of HR to development introduce new Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
- Provide help with general HR issues across the business
- Work with Managing Directors on people performance and culture projects
- 5 years of HR experience
- Experience working with global teams would be beneficial
- Experience dealing with complex ER cases
- Experience implementing DEI initiatives
- A positive can-do attitude
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
