HR Business Partner – 4-Week Contract

South of the UK | On the Road 3 Days a WeekDay Rate Contract

We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to step in for a 4-week assignment, providing essential cover for the existing BP team. If you’re confident managing a high-volume ER caseload across multiple sites, thrive on autonomy, and enjoy being out on the road, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing employee relations cases across sites in the South of the UK.
Travelling 3 days a week, managing your own diary.
Supporting managers with grievances, disciplinaries, and absence management.
Ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant HR practices.

What We’re Looking For:

? Proven HR Business Partner experience, with a strong ER background.? Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own workload.? Happy to travel between sites (3 days on the road, 2 days remote).? Available immediately and ready to hit the ground running.
