Our client are a well known fashion brand who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them to support the head office population .

The People Partnering team support the business functions to develop robust people plans to build the performance and capabilities within their teams in order to deliver the business plans.The People Partner is responsible for enabling and driving the delivery of People Team initiatives, working closely with their business area(s) to understand challenges and opportunities in order to design and implement the appropriate solutions, and create best employee experience. Their success depends on effective and trusted relationships, working collaboratively across both the People Team and broader business.

Candidates should be an established HR Business Partner, operating at a senior level and ideally come from a fashion/ retail, hospitality, media or equally fast paced environment/industry.
