Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Employee Relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and best practices.
  • Support HR team members by setting performance goals and providing guidance.
  • Implement HR initiatives within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience as a senior HR professional, ideally within a Local Authority or complex organisation.
  • Strong track record in Business Partnering, with a hands-on approach to Employee Relations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team and achieving performance objectives.
