The successful candidate will have core HR experience within an FCA/PRA regulated environment and a strong knowledge of UK Employment Law & SMCR (Regulatory) and GDPR.

  • Salary range: £50,000 - £55,000

What you'll do:

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support across various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end processing of UK payroll, supporting recruitment efforts as directed by the Head of HR.

  • End to end processing of UK payroll
  • Support on recruiting for roles as directed by the Head of HR
  • Work with the UK Compliance Team
  • Administration and control of the SMCR records
  • Review Employee Handbook
  • Provide HR expertise in areas of talent acquisition plans, development and coaching, performance management, employee relations

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this HR Business Partner role brings a wealth of experience from a similar role within an FCA/PRA regulated environment.

  • HR experience within an FCA/PRA regulated environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law & SMCR (Regulatory) and GDPR
  • Experience in Payroll and Benefit Management
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
