The Role: HR Business Partner - HR Generalist
Location: London (North London)
Salary Circa £50k – £55k + short term FTC

The Company

Our client is a successful operator in the environmental energy sector, looking for an accomplished HR Generalist to join them on an short term 6 months contract during a considerable transformation project

The Role

·As our HR Business Partner you will report to our Head of HR Manager and provide expert ER  support across the business providing pragmatic and comprehensive HR advice.

  • With a focus on ER case work you will build relationships with our line managers and promote best management practice and provide HR advice with a commercial outlook.
  • As our HR Business Partner you will build relationships with our line managers to embed and create a productive, supportive and dynamic culture.
  • As our HR Generalist you will work with the team in supporting the full recruitment process and onboarding of all new staff.
  • You will play an active role in supporting and implementing new HR initiatives as required
     

The Successful Candidate - Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

  • The successful candidate will ideally have CIPD HR accreditation or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of employment law and experience in handling employee relations with a commercial outlook.
  • It would be advantageous to have experience working with organisations who have experienced significant growth.
  • It would be advantageous to have experience within renewables, engineering, manufacturing or scientific sectors but it is not essential.
  • You will be flexible and adaptable.
  • You will have an excellent communication style both verbally and written with the ability to build relationships positively and collaboratively.
  • The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with an innovative, adaptable, professional and dedicated attitude.
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and hold a high standard of personal accountability for the quality of your work.
