Junior Reward Analyst

Remote (with travel once a month)

We're currently hiring for a Reward Analyst to join a busy reward team in either Maidenhead or London. (Remote first, with 1-2 days in the office a month) This is a development role, and would be ideal for someone with some exposure to reward, and excellent excel abilities who wants to specialise in the reward space.

This role will act as the main support for the Total Reward function within the People Team, with responsibility for compiling and analysing data, and providing insights that support the Total Reward Strategy.The role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of cyclical reward activities, the ongoing maintenance of the company’s job architecture, as well as providing day-to-day advice and support to key stakeholders on the Company’s Total Reward package. The Total Reward Advisor will continually look to make process improvements that offer greater efficiency and effectiveness that helps drive forward our people agenda.The ideal candidate will have confident interpersonal skills, be highly numerate, have excellent attention to detail and will be able to adapt well to changes within the business.

  • Analysis and evaluation of data which provides data insights to Total Reward, HR and the wider business
  • Supporting the pay review processes including data validation and integrity checks
  • Ongoing maintenance of the job architecture
  • Completing salary survey submissions and provision of benchmarking data using Willis Towers Watson and other surveys to support compensation processes
  • Support legislative disclosures such as gender pay gap and equal pay reporting
  • Maintain and update core employee data for employee benefits and the Company bonus schemes
  • Supporting Total Reward Projects that drive the continuous improvement of our people agenda
  • Support the Total Reward Team, HR team, and managers with general queries.

This role is remote with occasional (approximately once a month) travel to London and Maidenhead offices.Role Requirements

  • Experience in a HR or Reward role
  • Strong knowledge and confidence in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
