Main purpose of the positionTo drive the tactical and strategical P&C agenda. Supporting the management team in driving the business as well as developing all managers within scope. The P&CBP are expected to execute on the P&C processes according to the overall ways of working while making sure implementation and delivery have a customise feeling for the local organisation. The P&CBP is responsible in obtaining alignment and agreement from the designated organisation to achieve best possible results. Within the P&C team your responsibility is to contribute to the team, sharing learnings, pushing the P&C agenda forward and our client's overall P&C agenda to work as one P&C team that creates value to the business.Key responsibilities and mandateAs P&C Business Partner you are an essential member of the Management Team. You will be responsible for the strategic and tactical direction of P&C, operational tasks and implementation of initiatives according to the P&C agenda. You will provide professional P&C advice, analyse and steer the P&C framework and be responsible for facilitating and implementing various P&C processes. Key responsibilities entail driving change initiatives from cultural change to performance improvement programs. In this position, understanding what the business needs are key. You have the ability to translate business requirements and goals into P&C plans to achieve business impact. Furthermore, you are responsible for:* Managing all P&C issues within your area of responsibility both on an operational, tactical and strategic level* Supporting the organisation in reaching their business targets from a people perspective* Driving & implementing employee experience initiatives and securing a high performance and customer focused culture* Coaching, supporting and guiding managers in various P&C processes (e.g. My Opinion, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management)* Managing and maintaining good relationships in cooperation with Industrial Relations* Cooperate and align with global P&C functions and processes* Driving the long term P&C agenda with a strategical mindset Stakeholders and main interfaces* Your dedicated Management Team* The managers & P&C team within our clients UK business* The group P&C functions and stakeholders related to the taskRequired education, work experience & skills* You need a mindset of curiosity and willing to learn.* You are a clear advocate of teamwork, employee experience and cultural change in the company. * Build trust and know how to relate to- and learn from others;* You are proactive in your approach and have a "can do" mentality;* Are focused on results and a self-starter;* Are a clear communicator and find ways to get alignment in a trustworthy way* Are honest, transparent & diplomatic;* Drives change and can handle uncertainties;* Show courage and integrity in managing difficult situations;* Have business and financial knowledge (understanding of operational and commercial impact).Your qualifications as a Business Partner* Bachelor degree (in P&CM, law, Psychology, Business or Economics);* Several years of working experience within the P&C field with knowledge and experience from working in several areas within P&C* Fluent in English, written and spoken.* If you have experience from matrix, global or change intense organisations that will be considered an advantageThis role can be 37.5 hours/week. 5 day/week, based around a Hybrid working model, where you would need to work in the London office 2 or 3 days each week.
