- Partner with senior leaders and managers to identify business drivers and people challenges, using data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and future organisational needs.
- Offer support on People Services commitments, including reward and recognition systems and employee well-being programs.
- Ensure timely completion of People Services activities, providing support and oversight to leadership and management.
- Lead organisational redesign projects, support cultural change, and coach managers on complex people-related challenges.
- Act as the Trust's lead on a designated expertise area, developing policies and practices related to EDI, mental health, or employee value proposition.
- Oversee the Assistant People Business Partner, fostering their development and supporting the People Services team.
- Work closely with the People Services Leadership team to deliver the strategy, keeping up to date with best practices and regulatory changes.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills to be able to organise and prioritise multiple work streams within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop positive and effective working relationships with a range of colleagues, candidates and external stakeholders.
