A leading restaurant business is looking to bring in a temporary People Business Partner to their team in London. This role needs someone to start immediately and will be a working a 3 day week.

This role will offer hybrid working and needs someone available to work between Monday and Thursday (3 days per week). This role is likely to last for a period of 3 months.

The People Business Partner will need to have a solid understanding of org design, employee relations and communication planning.

You will have the ability to partner with senior finance leaders as well as covering the Technology, Communications and Development departments. The People Business Partner will have strong generalist experience and experience with high-level stakeholder management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with leadership teams to help build organisation and people capability, resolving strategic business challenges, and embedding a high-performance culture.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, coaching senior leaders on all people-related matters to maximise impact.
  • Delivering a commercially focused HR service, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with UK employment law and company policies.
  • Driving a performance-led culture, influencing people strategies and embedding company values at all levels.
  • Managing high-level employee relations, handling complex issues with both a strategic and operational approach.
  • Collaborating with specialist HR functions (Talent, Reward, Learning & Development, People Relations) to provide expert advice and holistic HR solutions.
