A leading international energy firm is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join their London office for a 12 month fixed-term contract role.
The Recruitment Business Partner will focus solely on recruiting Front Office members for the company including traders.
It is absolutely essential that the Recruitment Business Partner has experience recruiting Front Office staff for a firm that operates within financial services/commodities. You will need to understand more sophisticated parts of recruitment and negotiation such as discussing complex compensation and buy outs.
The Recruitment Business Partner will have a strong network within Front Office recruiting and will be able to utilise this to perform to an exceptional standard.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is looking to get into an international business and make a real impact with a number of crucial hires over the next 12 months. There may be a chance to extend further but no promises can be made at this stage.
This role is based in London and offers hybrid working. You will be expected into the office 3 days per week with 2 working from home.
