- Coordinate and schedule graduate and intern interviews ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant management system and database
- Co-ordinate initial screening calls and video interviews.
- Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless recruitment process.
- Assist with recruitment reporting, data tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders with confidence and gravitas.
- Assist with early careers recruitment initiatives.
- 1-3 years’ experience of high volume, quality recruitment scheduling and co-ordination
- Proven experience of working in a high expectation, high demand environment with highly qualified, smart colleagues
- Degree educated
- Polished presentation both in person, as well as with written and spoken communication
- Natural confidence, gravitas and professionalism
- Experience of working with applicant databases or systems
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Able to work beyond standard working hours as sometimes required
- Polished and confident verbal and written communication skills
