Recruitment Scheduler, Global Asset ManagementWest End£40-50K plus exceptional benefits and bonusOur client, a leading, innovative global asset management firm is looking for a Recruitment Scheduler to support their talent acquisition team.This is a unique role for an experienced recruitment scheduler who is accustomed to high volume, professional recruitment scheduling. While the main tasks in this role will be to support a team of talent acquisition specialists with the scheduling and arranging of interviews and all associated data management, this is an important role with high level communication and liaison. You will primarily be responsible for the scheduling of graduate and intern intake with liaison at graduate level and across the business internally at mid to senior level.You will hold a very important role in ensuring a seamless process, work to deadlines, often under pressure and with demanding volumes. It is essential you are quick, smart and bright.  Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule graduate and intern interviews ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant management system and database
  • Co-ordinate initial screening calls and video interviews.
  • Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless recruitment process.
  • Assist with recruitment reporting, data tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders with confidence and gravitas.
  • Assist with early careers recruitment initiatives.
What will you need to be considered for this role?
  • 1-3 years’ experience of high volume, quality recruitment scheduling and co-ordination
  • Proven experience of working in a high expectation, high demand environment with highly qualified, smart colleagues
  • Degree educated
  • Polished presentation both in person, as well as with written and spoken communication
  • Natural confidence, gravitas and professionalism
  • Experience of working with applicant databases or systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Able to work beyond standard working hours as sometimes required
  • Polished and confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent team focused approach
