An award-winning international law firm are now looking to recruit a Reward Analyst to join them, on a permanent basis in a newly created role. The role will be hybrid (3 days, but possibly flexible) , working out of their London offices in the heart of the City, as part of their growing Reward team, focussing on the compensation side.
While they would love to hear from Reward Analyst/Advisor looking for new challenge and the chance to work at a global law firm, they are very keen to speak to HR Coordinators, HR Assistants or Advisors from a broader HR team who are looking to specialise in the exciting and rapidly evolving Reward sector.
So if have an interest in making the move across and being mentored in the Reward sector then our client would love to hear from you! Ideal candidates will have demonstrable ability with HR Analytics and Reporting, and some exposure to Compensation (Benchmarking, working with WTW etc.) even if it is only part of your wider role in HR.
Experience in a law firm is desired, although not essential, but preference will be given to candidates coming from professional services, partnership, or similar environment.
The role will be reporting to an experienced and incredibly supportive Reward Manager and supporting the wider team to deliver the firm's reward strategy and programmes in London, and across their global offices.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Supporting the reward team with the annual compensation review process, including collection and analysis of salary survey and benchmark data.
- Deal with salary benchmarking data, working with Willis Towers Watson (and others) methodology.
- Liaise with the talent acquisition team and external agencies to gather benchmarking data.
- Respond to day-to-day compensation-related queries from the wider HR team.
- Be involved with testing and updating the compensation processes within the HRIS system, including annual salary reviews and bonus programs.
