Preparing of all benefits strategies, including all statutory payments, pension contributions and salary sacrifice schemes for the UK & Ireland
Benefit administration for UK, including remittance reconciliations, processing joiners, leavers and life event changes
Provide comprehensive support to employees with payroll and tax enquiries
Point of contact for third party payroll, benefit administrators, and benefit brokers
Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
Main point of contact for employees with benefit related queries
Assist with benefits bench marking, analysis and reporting
