Senior HR Business PartnerLondon/Hybrid (3 days a week in office)£90,000- £100,000 + Bonus & BenefitsNetwork HR have partnered with a prestigious global Asset Management firm for the hire of a newly scoped, Senior HR Business Partner based in London. My client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in London. The role supports their investment client group, responsible for providing strategic and operational HR business partnering. As the business continues to scale and expand its footprint across Europe, this newly created role will support and drive that growth. While the position may evolve as the business expands, it is anticipated that responsibilities will be split,  with 60% of the role dedicated to HR business partnering and 40% to HR project management.In the capacity of a business partner, you will build strong relationships across the UK business, with a specific focus on supporting the Investment teams and London-based colleagues. Relating to HR project management responsibilities, you will be organised, informed, and delivery-focused and comfortable with working in an agile, changing environment aligned to M&A. Success in this role will quickly position you as a key contributor to the overall HR team and strategy. Responsibilities will include:
  • Work with the HR leadership team to support the delivery of the UK HR strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on HR related matters.
  • Support the HR Director, in the tactical execution of strategic HR initiatives across the Investments division, supporting and facilitating organisational design and transformation programmes as required.
  • Working with your client group to identify talent gaps, succession planning, and employee development opportunities to address current and future business needs.
  • Ensure delivery of the annual performance review and reward process, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and individual performance support managers in addressing performance issues, to support the development of a high-performance culture.
  • Help develop management capabilities through individual coaching, workshops, and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting HR and the financial services sector.
  • Manage x1 junior HR Advisor to support effective delivery of core objectives and coach to endure continued development in role.
  • Support with project management across M&A, HR Due Diligence & Integration.
The successful candidate will have an experienced background in Financial services. Asset Management experience would be highly beneficial. The successful Senior HR Business Partner will be able to showcase an array of skills across all areas of HR, including stakeholder management, M&A and change. What else will you need:
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice with an understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Agile, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate and highly organised
