- Work with the HR leadership team to support the delivery of the UK HR strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on HR related matters.
- Support the HR Director, in the tactical execution of strategic HR initiatives across the Investments division, supporting and facilitating organisational design and transformation programmes as required.
- Working with your client group to identify talent gaps, succession planning, and employee development opportunities to address current and future business needs.
- Ensure delivery of the annual performance review and reward process, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and individual performance support managers in addressing performance issues, to support the development of a high-performance culture.
- Help develop management capabilities through individual coaching, workshops, and knowledge sharing.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting HR and the financial services sector.
- Manage x1 junior HR Advisor to support effective delivery of core objectives and coach to endure continued development in role.
- Support with project management across M&A, HR Due Diligence & Integration.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice with an understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Agile, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
