The Role: Job Title: Senior HR Business PartnerSalary: £65,000 - £72,000(DoE)Location: London – Hybrid working What would I be doing day to day? Key duties:

Provide trusted advise and coaching to managers and employees on all HR-related matters
Partner with the Head of HR and other Snr Business Partner in the execution of HR strategy; proactively driving wellbeing and culture initiatives, system and process optimisation, and build performance management processes and development frameworks.
Manage and resolve complex ER cases, in line with company policy and best practice.
Consistently champion the use of HR data and analytics to drive improvement and support wellbeing initiatives.
Act as a mentor to other members of the HR team to support their development.
Work with the wider People team on ad hoc HR projects

What is the company looking for?

Demonstratable experience operating as a HR Business Partner / or equivalent
Experience working in a business consultancy is a plus
Collaborative and innovative thinker
