  • Provide trusted advise and coaching to managers and employees on all HR-related matters
  • Partner with the Head of HR and other Snr Business Partner in the execution of HR strategy; proactively driving wellbeing and culture initiatives, system and process optimisation, and build performance management processes and development frameworks.
  • Manage and resolve complex ER cases, in line with company policy and best practice.
  • Consistently champion the use of HR data and analytics to drive improvement and support wellbeing initiatives.
  • Act as a mentor to other members of the HR team to support their development.
  • Work with the wider People team on ad hoc HR projects
  What is the company looking for?
