Our client are a well known fashion brand who are looking for n experienced and credible Senior HR Business Partner to join the wonderful people team and support the head office population of c300 people.
Responsible for business partnering with the Management team, in order to support them in building their people capability, planning and managing talent and developing approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives.
The Business Partner will be commercially minded and understand the requirements and challenges in order to provide full generalist HR support to your client groups. Someone who can bring a creative approach and fresh ideas, will have lots of scope to make an impact and add value.
Candidates should be an established HR Business Partner, operating at a senior level and ideally come from a fashion/ retail, hospitality, media or equally fast paced environment/industry.
