What they are looking for is an experienced HR Manager or HRBP, ideally from another law firm or similar professional services company who wants to be part of a small, but growing team.

You will need to have experience of challenging the status quo, and looking at the strategic side of HR Business Partnering, not just the BAU. A strong demonstrable background leading on complex ER matters is essential.
