Senior HR Business Partner Location: London,Salary: £90,000-£107,000 plus benefits including Hybrid Working.

As a result of continued positive change, they are now seeking to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner with gravitas, strong stakeholder management skills, an ability to influence and be credible.
About the Role This is a Senior HR Business Partner role that partners closely with management to align the people agenda with organisational objectives. You will deliver pragmatic solutions for employment-related matters, oversee change management initiatives, and provide insights to enhance organisational performance.
Duties will include:
- Collaborating with management to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Advising and coaching on employee relations issues, including grievances and performance matters.
- Leading on HR policy compliance, compensation review, and benchmarking.
- Designing and delivering insightful HR data to guide decision-making.
- Managing recruitment processes to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Supporting change management projects, including acquisitions and transformations.
- Working with HR Advisory team
- Management of one HR BP
About the Successful Applicant You will bring extensive HR expertise, including strong knowledge of UK employment law. A confident communicator, you excel at relationship-building, data analysis, and influencing diverse audiences. CIPD qualification is required. You will need to have gravitas and diplomacy. Demonstrable experience of working with stakeholders you will be a grounded individual with an ability to work in a fast paced environment.
