Frazer Jones are excited to be working with an award-winning global organisation who are looking to find a Senior Reward Analyst to join them ASAP on a maternity cover.

The role is based in their stunning, purpose-built offices in Surrey (hybrid working, 2-3 days in the office) which is a 5-10 min walk from a mainline station, but they also have ample (free) parking and even have free charging for electric cars!

This is a busy and dynamic role covering BAU as well as projects supporting reward teams across the globe and the UK.

As the Senior Reward Analyst, you'll be part of the global compensation team which oversees the strategy, management and development of compensation programmes and initiatives for the various entities within the group.

Reporting to the Group Reward Director, you will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and providing strategic comp advisory on all compensation issues, including market trends, comp structure, comp assessment in all business areas, benchmarking, and individual role pricing. Duties will include:

  • Work closely with the wider HR teams to support their understanding and communication of reward data and insights
  • Produce detailed and easy to understand analysis of market data and provide recommendations for reward packages
  • Management of the day-to-day administration of the LTIPs
  • Work on job levelling for new or revised roles, as well as wider-reaching harmonisation projects
  • Provide market specific benchmarking for pay reviews
  • Support annual pay and bonus cycles
  • Support pay equity and pay transparency work across global offices
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of share plans

To be considered for this role you must have proven ability as a Reward/Compensation analyst for an international, matrixed organisation. You should have an analytical and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing environment. Being adaptable is key along with strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.

You should have experience working across compensation, including job evaluations and benchmarking. LTIPs experience is also highly desirable.
