As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the global Marketing function
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement effective hiring strategies
  • Work with HR and regional teams to support internal talent mobility and advise on hiring strategy
  • Use innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent via multiple channels

About You:

  • Experienced in senior-level talent acquisition, ideally in-house within a fast-paced or tech-driven environment
  • Proven experience operating as a strategic business partner to senior/C-Suite stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership
  • Skilled in sourcing high-quality candidates and developing creative recruitment strategies
  • Confident in delivering interview training and guiding recruitment teams
