What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as an Acute Medical Occupational Therapist and play a key role in supporting patients with a variety of complex medical conditions. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional assessments in an acute setting
  • Develop and implement patient-centred rehabilitation plans
  • Facilitate safe and timely hospital discharges
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, physiotherapists, and discharge coordinators
  • Provide mobility and equipment assessments
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience working in an acute medical setting
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
