Job description:

Occupational Therapy assessments of adult patients in their own homes.
Must have at least 1 year's experience of working in physical dysfunction Occupational within the last two years.
Essential to have skills in Moving and Handling.
Experience of working in the community is preferable but not essential.
Must have full driving license
