What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as a Band 6 Mental Health Occupational Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of adults living with complex mental health needs. In this role, you will:

perform comprehensive patient assessments
create and implement personalised care plans
deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

a current and valid HCPC registration
experience working with mental health conditions in adult services
strong communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
