Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to work across acute and community settings, providing high-quality therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and design individualised care plans.
Deliver therapy interventions for patients in acute and community settings.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Support safe and efficient discharge planning.

Key Requirements

HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Minimum of 6 months NHS experience, preferably in acute or community care.
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills.
