Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the community team in Marlow and Thame. This role emphasizes elderly care, conducting community visits, and delivering patient-centered therapy to enhance quality of life and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a community-based caseload focused on elderly care and rehabilitation.
  • Conduct home assessments and implement interventions to improve safety and independence.
