What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as a Mental Health OT and play a key role in improving the lives of adults with acute and enduring mental health conditions. In this role, you will:
- perform comprehensive patient assessments
- create and implement personalised care plans
- deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
- collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
- maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a current and valid HCPC registration
- experience working with adult mental health, ideally in an inpatient setting
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility for part-time candidates where possible. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
