Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting a skilled and motivated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the community team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. The role involves working with a diverse caseload, providing therapy in patients' homes, clinics, and community settings. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions for individuals to promote independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat a varied caseload of patients in community settings.
- Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Manage and prioritize a complex caseload independently.
- Provide education and advice to patients, families, and carers.
Key Requirements:
- HCPC registration.
- Previous experience in community-based Occupational Therapy.
- Ability to manage a demanding caseload effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driving license (desirable but not essential).
