Sonic Summary

The job is for a Band 6 position with a Somerset based trust, offering a fully remote work arrangement.
Candidates are expected to have at least 2 years of experience in clinical practice within the NHS or an equivalent healthcare provider.
The role requires awareness of Long-Term Conditions, specifically ME/CFS and Post Covid19 Syndrome.
The position involves independent management of a complex specialized caseload and working one-on-one with patients for self-management purposes.
The contract is for a minimum of 7 months, starting ASAP, with a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week.

Location: Somerset based trust, however the role is fully remote

Start date: ASAP

End date: 7 month minimum, likely to be extended

Shift pattern: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00

Hours: Full time (37.5hrs/week)

Band: 6

Job description:

Awareness of LTC - ME/CFS & Post Covid19 Syndrome.
Experience of working on a 1:1 basis with patients for self-management purposes.
Independent management of complex specialised caseload.#
Proven experience of clinical practice within the NHS or equivalent health care provider.
