  • Issue necessary equipment tailored to individual needs and create comprehensive care plans.
  • Develop home exercise plans to support patient rehabilitation and independence.

To excel in this role, you should hold HCPC registration and bring at least two years of experience in a similar speciality, particularly in elderly care.
