Band 6 Occupational Therapist (x2)

Location: Whittington Centre, Streatham

Job Role:

We are seeking two experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapists to join our community rehabilitation team at the Whittington Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled professionals looking to make a difference in elderly care and complex rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients in their homes and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
  • Deliver treatment and issue necessary equipment
  • Develop and implement care plans and home exercise programs
  • Work with patients with cognitive and physical difficulties, ensuring excellent rehabilitation outcomes
  • Manage complex manual handling cases effectively

Essential Requirements:

  • HCPC registration
  • Experience in community rehabilitation
  • Expertise in elderly care
  • Strong assessment and rehab skills
  • Ability to work with patients with cognitive and physical challenges
  • Experience handling complex manual handling cases
