Sonic Summary

We are looking for two Band 6 Occupational Therapists to join our community rehabilitation team at the Whittington Centre in Streatham.
The contract duration is from ASAP until 31/03/2025, with working hours from Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM, including weekend work once every two months.
The pay rate for this position ranges from £29.00 to £31.00 per hour (Umbrella Equivalent).
Candidates must have HCPC registration, experience in community rehabilitation, and expertise in elderly care, along with strong assessment and rehabilitation skills.

Job Role:

We are seeking two experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapists to join our community rehabilitation team at the Whittington Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled professionals looking to make a difference in elderly care and complex rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients in their homes and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
Deliver treatment and issue necessary equipment
Develop and implement care plans and home exercise programs
Work with patients with cognitive and physical difficulties, ensuring excellent rehabilitation outcomes
Manage complex manual handling cases effectively

Essential Requirements:

HCPC registration
Experience in community rehabilitation
Expertise in elderly care
Strong assessment and rehab skills
Ability to work with patients with cognitive and physical challenges
Experience handling complex manual handling cases
