Location: Whittington Centre, Streatham

Contract Duration: ASAP – 31/03/2025

Working Hours: Monday – Sunday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Days off during the week if working a weekend; weekend work required once every 2 months)

Job Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients in their homes and develop tailored rehabilitation plans

  • Manage complex manual handling cases effectively

Essential Requirements:
