Job description:

Carrying out OT assessments and providing input to patients in their own homes, this may include care homes.
The caseload will be dealing with elderly adults in a variety of settings in the community
The role does allow the option for some remote working as some appointments will be able to be undertaken remotely.
Experience working within elderly care is essential for this role.
