What You’ll Be Doing: Join our team as an Occupational Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of elderly patients in an acute care setting. In this role, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments

  • Create and implement personalised care plans

  • Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

  • Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid HCPC registration

  • Experience working with elderly patients or in an elderly care setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
