Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to set and achieve patient-centred goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive moving and handling risk assessments and recommend appropriate equipment to support patientsā€™ rehabilitation.
Requirements:
  • HCPC Registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Proven experience in the NHS, specifically in community-based care.
  • Expertise in equipment ordering and moving and handling risk assessments.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a commitment to patient-centred care.
